Inzo CRM was built for trading firms, where off-the-shelf CRMs fall short on financial workflows. React's component model let me reuse UI across very different user roles — admins, brokers, clients — and Redux keeps state consistent through multi-user interactions and live data updates.
Node.js with Express handles concurrent connections so multiple brokers can work the same client data at once. PostgreSQL was chosen over NoSQL for ACID compliance and transaction handling, which financial data integrity requires. AWS provides scale and enterprise-grade security; Firebase runs real-time notifications and broker–client chat.
Automated pipeline management turns lead generation into a repeatable process, and a custom reporting engine generates compliance reports without manual oversight. Document handling includes OCR for physical paperwork and integrations with financial APIs for transaction monitoring.
